Twitterholic.com is a ranking website for twitter user based on total followers you have. You need to put your twitter account name for it to crawl first before you could see the ranking in their list. It has top 100, top 200, top 300 and so on.

Ranking also can be categorized in your country. Let say you select Malaysia as your location country in your twitter account, it will show your ranking in Malaysia.
