Twitme plugin is a simple plugin that allow you to automatically post your new posts on twitter website. Installation is very easy and no extra effort is needed to make the plugin works. Just copy the main folder to the wp-content/plugins directory. Installation guide is provided as below:

You can customize the auto-post options such as post title, post url, author name and others. In the admin control panel, it display total of twitter followers and which posts have been updates in twitter. It is very convenient and easy to use.
