I switch my browser to Firefox and give it a try since Firefox work well for slow connection and document always loaded perfectly. Compare to IE, it is a bit faster because it has a nice cache feature.

I am giving more hope to the future of Firefox since it is more stable but today when I tried to open my WordPress and upload a new image using WordPress Uploader, it crash and closed all the tabs and Firefox windows. Keep searching for any solutions in search engine but not understand what other users are saying go to Tools -> Addons. I thought they are referring to WordPress Tools -> Addons. Thats why I can’t find it.
