As a blogger, we tends experience stress at sometime when we have too many workloads to be done on the same time. When we push ourselves even more, we are tends to not functioning at 100% effectiveness when it comes to blogging. Blogging is an creative art which requires creative thinking and healthy state of mind in order to write a good quality post. Except you said you don’t care how lousy your post affect your loyal readers :)

So, start listening some music or funny comedy before you start your new post. Room decoration and lighting color will greatly affect your mood also(I have change my light that with 30% increase brighter color). With better feeling of surrounding, your stress will slightly become lesser and lesser even you are full of workloads to be done.

    I agree that one has to be relaxed and calm. I always try my best to listen to music or take a break and get myself to chill and then I would start to post.

    Stress doesn’t just affect blogging, it affects everything else like lifestyle, family life, friends, etc.

    Hi George. You are right. Stress is appear everywhere in our life. I like to have a cup of coffee and sit back relax before I start my work again :)
