Installation Steps
- Download this plugin from WordPress.org. You can get this plugin supported for blogger.com, typepad, movabletype and tumblr also.
- Unzip the downloade archive to this folder “wp-content/plugins/” inside of WordPress root folder.
- Make sure all the files exist in “wp-content/plugins/disqus-comment-system/”
- From your blog administration, click on Comments to change settings (WordPress 2.0 users can find the settings under Options > Disqus.)
- Enjoy!
[note] Make sure you import all your WordPress comment to DISQUS in order to display existing comments. Otherwise, your blog will show blank comments on all existing posts with comments.

Wow! This is a very nice plugin. But I wanted to ask if there's any option to nofollow the comment links through discus?
and also does discus have any anti-spam technology such as askimet?

Yes. I don't think they have option to nofollow the comment links in this version. Disquss has build-in spam filtering which can automatically filter the spam for you. You can manually mark it as spam comment also.

where Can i get Updated with DISQUS tool without upgrading it
Disqus is such a good tool to have on your blog as it lets you have more control. But how come you are not using it?
Disquss will jail your comments. I stop using it after having problem importing the comments back to wordpress. It is great to control spam commentators.
