OnlyWire 3.0 is a widget/plugin tool to share content content to Millions of Readers with One Button.
OnlyWire syndicates your content and articles to the web’s top social networking sites such as Twitter, Digg, Facebook, Technorati, and much more. There are two types of registration, free or paid users. I don’t know why they want to put advertisement. Since this is a sharing tool, it should be widely available and free to use without advertisement to users. But OnlyWire really has awesome graphics compare to other free content sharing to social networking.

FREE Users: The Bookmark & Share Button must be placed prominently on the content/article sections of your website or blog. OnlyWire conducts periodic checks to determine whether the Button is both present and functional. If, at any point, these two conditions are not met, you will receive a courtesy notification allowing you 24 hours to correct the issue. If the issue is not corrected, your OnlyWire account will be disabled until the Button becomes active or you choose to pay for the OnlyWire service.

PAID Users: The Bookmark & Share Button should be placed on your website or blog to allow your audience to quickly post your content to multiple websites simultaneously. Since you are a paid member, you have the ability to turn off the OnlyWire advertisement served inside of the button
