For me, a professional blogger need to be like a great manager. They need to have good management skill to keep their loyal readers. They need to know how to deal with their readers by giving meaningful comments and posting quality contents on their blog. They need to manage their time and think creatively to create more interesting topics to attract readers to come back again.
Professional blogger also must improve their knowledge, writing skills and persuasion skills over time. The only difference is project manager has to deal with many people face to face and they have to take care their subordinates like their real child. Bad project manager will leave you to be an alone child.
To become a great manager, you have to throw away all the negative thinking and become inspirational within yourself. You have to got to motivate yourself and passionate about everything you write. You need to have an attitude of “Do not give up easily” and make it happen spirit. Since the projects are on your hand, you can’t failed it or you will probably be fired.
