Good news to domino fans in Malaysia. Now, you can track your domino pizza online to find out where is your pizza has gone. The new tracking service is called GPS aka Great Pizza Service. This new service allow users to monitor the delivery status of their order. Just like monitoring a postage or parcel delivery status. You wish to know whether the parcel reach the destination, right?
According Dommal Food Services Sdn Bhd chief operating officer Ba U Shan-Ting, the service has already been implemented in overseas markets such as the United States, Japan and Australia
“This is the first time in Malaysia and South-East Asia that customers will be able to track the progress of their order,” he said.
The GPS didn’t provide location information of your pizza. Instead, it will let you know whether your pizza will be arrive on time and when it left the restaurant. I seldom make online ordering of food and this is a good time for me to try out whether this new service is efficient or not. It will be effective on May 17, 2010.
