In case you don’t know, Facebook has a feature to add new comment from reply email. The process is same as you are replying an email to the recipient. It is pretty simple and straightforward. Take a look at the screenshot below:

Open your email inbox and read the email notification from Facebook regarding someone has comment on your status. You’ll see a text “Reply to this email to comment on this status“. Click “Reply” to this email button to proceed.
Make sure the email body content is empty. Now, enter your comment inside the body content. As you are finish, click “Send” button to send this email to Facebook and it will automatically update your comment in Facebook.
Done. Login to Facebook and verify your comment is updated.

Not long ago, I have try to submit my blog to ping services like ping.sg with a hope to increase readership on my blog. Result is YES, I get a couple of traffic once my article is published on the ping.sg. I have anonymous visitor reading my summary content on ping.sg. These few days I have been checking consistently on the indexed pages of limfy.com and found out many pages did not appear in google search engine. The truth is ping.sg URL appear on the first position and it contain summary of my articles.

Normally, when you submit or notify your blog URL to ping, those ping services will come and crawl your blog latest article and then get indexed in search engine. There are many kinds of ping services where some of them are good search engine ping services such as Google.com, Ask.com, Yahoo.com, Bing.com and Technorati.com

The fact that Google Bot indexed ping.sg website in an hour which is faster than my blog limfy.com. All my new articles never shown up. Instead of that, ping.sg pages are shown now. Although it will redirect automatically to my blog, but I do not think it brings much benefit to limfy.com. Having my own indexed pages on google is the best way to make sure visitor reach my site directly and it can get permanent web traffic from search engine.

Faulty Linksys AM300 ADSL Modem Replaced With D-Link DSL-520B

I am going to give a review on Linksys AM300 modem. Not really a full review but rather more on personal experience using it. After I have come back from my hometown on last week, the ADSL modem at my current house is broken down without any faulty signal. It is able to connect to Linksys by Cisco Wireless Router WRT55AG in Local Area Network but not the internet connection. The culprit of the problem that I suspect is the firmware problem. All the username and password configuration has been reset to nothing, and the current time is always defaulted to year 2003. Other part still working fine such as power adapter, LED, and so on.

So, I have strong evidence of the fault problem already and I go to bought a new ADSL Modem D-Link DSL-520B. Why I choose D-Link? Because the price is very cheap and should be under price because I can buy two of these if I am going to buy a Linksys ADSL modem again. Well, many people and reviews said Linksys by Cisco is a very good brand. I guess every hardware has its lifespan. That is the reason I don’t go and buy the most expensive one.

The internet speed is slowing down and unstable before I change to new D-Link DSL-520B. After it is replaced, the internet speed is going back to normal and fast enough compare to last time. So, I would say Router Modem is one of factor to improve internet connection speed. D-Link modem has simple configuration and solid body. It gives an impression of that even it is drop to the ground, it will not break or crack easily. The durability is the point here. I have experience using D-Link for two times in my life and I would say it is a trusted router modem I ever used before.

I still like my Linksys by Cisco Wireless Router WRT55AG as it has solid and durable body cover too.

My internet connection speed has boost to 100% now after replaced with the new ADSL router. The half dead old Linksys ADSL modem is dragging me with its slow connection speed. I would say I am satisfy for the replaced so far.

I guess the naming is confusing with Google Ad Manager and that is why Google is replacing it but there are still confusion between the two. DoubleClick Ad Planner and Google Ad Manager. It sounds really similar to each other. When I saw this, I have thought these two are the same stuff but it is not. I have drop and not using Google Ad Manager due to the complication and not relevant. It is more suitable for big marketing teams.

And now, what is DoubleClick Ad Planner? I think it should be the replacement of Google Ad Manager. It has better interface and provide very specific details of any website. Although these keywords does not bring 100 visits per day, but it does help in long term period.
