Internal link building is a way to improve web traffic from search engine. It required much effort from blog owner to really make it works especially internal linking between posts. Although internal link juice is not as efficient as links come from outside, but in the long run when your blog has tremendous articles/posts (1000+ posts), an excellent internal link building can bring fresh organic traffic from search engine for a long period.
