I keep receiving notification emails from Twitter that someone follow me on Twitter. As I read my email, I saw a pretty lady picture with 0 followers and following 208 people. Before this, Twitter handle such users effectively by banning those user from accessing Twitter services anymore. Glad that it is still under control and they are good at handle things like this easily.
